What are the characteristics of MVR evaporator
source:www.sjbyj.com Release time:2026-07-28
1、 Energy saving advantages
1. No need for continuous steam supply
      Relying on a compressor to compress secondary steam to increase temperature and pressure, and recovering latent heat of vaporization for circulating heating; After normal operation, there is basically no need for external steam, only a small amount of heat source during the start-up phase.
2. The operating energy consumption is much lower than that of traditional multi effect evaporators
      Replacing steam with electricity has significant economic advantages in factories with high steam costs; Suitable for enterprises with high steam procurement prices and high cost of self owned boilers.
2、 Temperature and process characteristics
1. Low temperature evaporation is optional
      It can achieve vacuum low-temperature evaporation (in the range of 40-85 ℃), suitable for thermosensitive materials, reducing material decomposition, deterioration, and discoloration.
2. Small temperature difference, mild heat transfer
      Controllable temperature difference in heat exchange, reducing the tendency for scaling; Compared to traditional evaporators under the same operating conditions, the fouling rate is lower.
3、 Automation and operational characteristics
1. High degree of automation
      PLC centralized control, automatic adjustment of feeding, liquid level, vacuum, compressor load, and discharge, capable of continuous and stable operation;
2. Strong load adaptability
      When the feed rate fluctuates within the design range, the compressor power can be adjusted through frequency conversion to adapt to the production capacity;
Convenient start stop, fast speed to reach stable operating conditions when starting up.
4、 Characteristics of supporting public works
1. The demand for cooling water has significantly decreased
      Traditional evaporators require a large amount of cooling water to condense the final effect steam; MVR secondary steam cycle utilization, with only a small amount of non condensable gas cooling, reduces investment and energy consumption in the refrigeration/circulating water system.
2. Simplification of supporting facilities
      Boiler and softened water system may not be configured; The factory building does not require a steam pipeline network.
5、 Land occupation and investment
      A single device has high integration and occupies a smaller area than a multi effect evaporation system with the same processing capacity;
      The initial equipment investment is relatively high (with the core being the steam compressor), which belongs to a one-time high investment, long-term operation energy-saving mode; The longer the operating years, the more significant the comprehensive advantages.
