1.随气相携带走的液滴中含有酸、碱、盐等物质,对后续装置、管道等产生严重的腐蚀;

3.对于吸收后进行焚烧等布置,会导致气体中水分含量过大,增加能 耗,加剧腐蚀;

1 . 随汽相携带走的液滴中含有产品溶质,导致产品的损失;
2.蒸发的汽相中含有溶质,导致回收溶剂的纯度下降,对溶剂的回用 和产品的质量产生不良影响;
3 .汽相中含有溶质会导致后续精馏塔釜堵塞,失效;
4.对于MVR、三效等蒸发装置,汽相雾沫夹带会导致压缩机受损,蒸发器结垢。
