         工作原理  Working   principle

         热泵蒸发器采用逆卡诺原理其实就是从需要冷却的环境中吸收热量,通过绝热压缩使其升温,将热量传递给高温介质(接受温度的物体),放出热量之后,进行绝热膨胀,使温度降低至初始温度,回到最初的状态,从而完成一个循环。热量通过工质完成交换。在压缩机两端输出热源和冷源同时对物料进行蒸发和对蒸汽进行冷凝。与此同时高真空度保证物料能在较低的温度下进行蒸发。热泵蒸发技术在蒸发应用上最为高效节能及环保。更适合热敏性物料的蒸发。

         The inverse Camot prinople of the heat pump evaporator is actualy to absorb heat from the environment that needs to be cooled,heat up through adiabatic compression,transfer heat to the high temperature medium(the objec that accepts the temperature),release heat,adiabatic expansion,reduce the temperature to the initial temperature,retum to the initial state,so as to complete a cycle.Heat is exchanged through the working medium.The output heat source and cold source at both ends of the compressor vaporize the material and condense the steam at the same time.At the same time,the high vacuum ensures  that the material can be evaporated at very low temperatures.Heat pump evaporation technology is the most energy-efficient and enironmentaly friendly in evaporation applications.More suitable for evaporation of heat-sensitive materials.

         整个系统由进料泵、出料泵、循环泵、进料预热 器、降膜蒸发器、新型折流式汽液分离器(另见 详细介绍)、集成式2级离心热能吸收热泵系 统、加热系统、冷凝系统、冷凝水回收系统、热 平衡冷却器、工质闪蒸罐、自动排液系统、螺杆 真空系统、自动控制系统等组成。

         1.化工工业
         生产空心纤维分子的工艺用水的处理、香料的提纯、亚氯酸钠和过硫酸钠等化工原料的生产、有机添加剂的浓缩和结晶。
         2.制药工业
         我国的制药行业,是个传统的行业,使用了大量的老化、旧式蒸发器,不仅降低药品质量,更是浪费了大量的能源。急需升级换代减少二氧化碳的排放。
         生产西药的产品蒸发、植物提取物的低温浓缩以 及有机溶剂的低温回收、生物制剂的低温蒸发.
         3.食品行业
         在食品深加工行业,大量采用蒸发技术实现脱水 的功能。如浓缩玉米浆和提取葡萄糖、氨基酸等。
         4.制酒工业
         制酒行业我国是个古老的行业。该蒸发器可以代替陈旧的蒸馏用的设备。

         牛奶行业需要的低温、高度清洁、高度自动化等特点决定了传统的蒸发器很难达到这些要求。

         主要特点    Main feature
            相较于传统蒸发技术,热泵蒸发技术在能耗上 可以节约70%~90%;
         其热源为电。开机后无需任何蒸汽供热 或者作为辅助热源,因而大大节省设备的配套 设施的投资及消耗;
由于热泵其自身可以同时输出冷媒对物料产生的蒸汽进行冷凝并回收蒸汽潜热,所以无需任何外部的冷却水供应,因而大大节省设备的配 套设施及冷却水和电的消耗;
40~50°℃低温蒸发。真空度达74Kpa。 更加适合中药等热敏性物料。由于蒸发温度低设备不易结垢,清洗方便。蒸发温度低对设备的腐蚀程度降到较低,延长设备的寿命;
自动化程度高,全自动化控制及运行,所需操作人员少。
         相比较于MVR 蒸发器,其操作简单,控制点 少,自动化程度更高,故障率低,运行稳定, 维修及保养成本较低;
管式降膜蒸发是将料液自降膜蒸发器加热室上 管箱加入,经液体分布器均匀分配到各换热管内,在重力及气流作用下成均匀膜状自上而下 流动,流动过程中被壳程加热介质加热汽化, 产生的蒸汽与液相共同进入蒸发器的分离室, 汽液经充分分离,分别排出二次蒸汽及浓缩液。 强制降膜蒸发器,是在普通的降膜蒸发器中加入大流量循环泵,以提高液膜厚度减少结垢, 可减少和防止“干壁”现象。降膜蒸发器且可以有效降低泡沫夹带现象的发生。

the  liquid  distributor,and flow  into  a  uniform  film from  top  to  bottom  under  the  action  of  gravityseparation  chamber  of  the  evaporator  together. The steam and liquid are fully separated,and the secondary steam and concentrated  iquid are discharged respectively.The forced faling film pump  to  the  ordinary  flling  film  evaporator  to improve the liquid film thickness and reduce scaling,which can reduce  and  prevent  the phenomenon of  "dry  wall.The falling  film evaporator can effectively reduce the occurrence of foam  entrainment.

           气悬浮离心压缩机采用超商精度动压气浮轴承,利用高压气体将压缩机转子托起,在轴承与 转子之向形成气膜转子从开机时即处于悬浮状 态,实现了转子与轴承的零接触、零摩 擦 。
