工作原理 Operational principle
通过设置程序(程序可调)由CIP清洗系统自动配制清洗液，经气动控制阀与送液泵、回液泵来完成清洗的输送及回流循环清洗、排放、回收整个清洗过程。通过电导率检测仪及PLC触摸屏组成的控制系统达到了自动在线清洗。 Through set programme(adjustable programme),CIP system makes auomatically preparation clean liquid,via pneumatic control valve and transfer pump and loop liquid pump finishing transfer of clean liquid and whole clean process of circulation circle clean and drain and recovery.Through conduct inspection instrument and PLC constituting control system reaches auto online clean.

系统组成System includes
智能型CIP系统为一中央集成系统，包含注射水罐、CIP罐、板式换热器、管道过滤器、送液泵、回液泵、温度控制仪、液位控制仪、电导率检测仪、PLC触摸屏、控制柜及系统管阀件等组成。 Inteligent CIP system is as central integration system including WFI tank,CIP tank,plate heat exchanger,piping filter,transfer pump,loop liquid pump,temperature controllerlevel controller, conduct inspection instrument,PLC touch screen, control cabinet and piping and valves etc.

设备说明 Equipment specifications
CIP系统的全称为Cleaning in place System, 中文名称译为在线就地清洗系统，是指生产设备(罐体、管道、泵等)及整个生产线在无需人工拆开或打开的前提下，在闭合的回路中进行循环清洗、消毒。适用用于乳品、饮料、酒类、农副产品加工等行业的设备和管道的清洗。 CIP清洗系统由酸液罐、碱液罐、热水罐、纯水罐、回水罐、消毒水罐以及浓酸罐、浓碱罐和换热器、进程泵及相应阀门管件组成。可按工艺需求配置相应罐，在一般场合只需使用酸液罐、碱液罐、热水罐三罐制的CP系统就可满足清洗要求。我公司生产的CIP系统具有安全、节能、高效、操作维护方便等特点。主要有： ① 手动CIP站； ②半自动CIP站； ③自动CIP站系统； ④自动配料前处理系统自动CIP, 更为优良、自动化程度，可靠性、安全性更高，可以实现整条生产线信息数据的采集、交换并可以完成他们之间的联动。以上CIP的结构方式有联体和分体两种方式；这两种结构的CIP的加热方式各有四种加热方式：板式加热、列管加热、盘管加热、直通加热；联体的 CIP系统有从一回路到三回路、罐容积从1T到5T的各种规格。分体式的CIP系统有从一回路到六回路、罐容积从1T到10T的各种规格。 Full name of CP system is cleaning in place System,Chinese name is cleaning in place system.It is a system,in which,producing equipments (tanks,pipes and valves etc)and whole production line is cleaned and disinfected circularly in a closed loop without being dismantled or opened.It is applicable for cleaning of equipments and pipes in industries of dairy,beverages,alcohol,agricultural and sideline products. CIP cleaning system Is composed of acid tanks,alkali tanks,hot-water tanks,pure-water tanks,back- water tanks,disinfect-water tanks,thick-acid tanks,thick-alkali tanks,heat exchanger,pumps,peripheral valves and pipes.These tanks can be allocated according to technical requirements.Generallythe CP system only comprising acid tanks,alkali tanks and hot-water tanks is sufficient for requirements of cleaning. CIP system produced by our company have the characteristics that,they are safe,energy-saving, highly efficient,and easy to operate and maintain. Mainly are: ①Manual CIP station ②Semi-automatic CIP station ③Auto CIP station system ④Before materials compounding,the processing system carries out automatic CIPwhich is more advanced,automated,reliable and safe.Therefore, data sampling and exchanging on whole production line can be realized for linkages each couple of equipments. The structures of CIP can be divided into joint type and split type.The CIP systems of the two types,for each type,there are four types of heating:plate heating,lined pipe heating,coil-pipe heating,and through heating.The joint type of CIP system has specifications from one-loop to three-loop and tank volume from 1T to 5TThe split type of CP system has specifications from one-loop to six-loop and tank volume from 1Tto 10T.
