本公司生产的PG系列浓配罐、稀配罐，设计合理、工艺优良、自动控制，完全符合国家GMP认证要求。罐体均采用立式双层结构，内胆抛光Ra0.45,外部采用镜面板或磨砂板保温，整体美观。夹套内可通蒸汽或冷却水，满足工艺要求，夹套外填充保温材料。内罐体上下全部采用椭圆封头，整体光滑无死角，搅拌采用立式偏心轴流搅拌，罐顶装设人孔、进料口、回流口、消毒口、清洗球，并装设(0.45μm)空气呼吸器，底部装有进料口、液位传感器探头、侧面装设温度计口。备有控制柜操作，检测药液温度并显示、恒温控制、检测液位高度并显示、提供上下限报警等功能。
