      用途  Usage

          本设备适应于中药、西药、葡萄糖、酿酒、淀粉、口服液、食品、化工等工业有机溶剂(如酒精)的回收，适用于批量小、品种多的热敏性物料的低温真空浓缩。

        The concentrator is suitable for Traditional Chinese Medicine,Westem Medicine,Glucose,Starch,Peroral Liquid,Foodstuff,Chemical Industry etc.to reclaim organic solvent(alcohol etc.).especially for some mini batch,many types and heat-sensitive raw material.

      1.酒精回收：回收能力大，采用真空操作方法， 改进了设备的工艺流程。比老型同类设备提高 生产率5-10倍，降低能耗30%,具有投资小， 回收效益高的特点。

         2.浓缩液料：本设备采用外加热自然循环与真空 负压蒸发相结合的方式，蒸发速度快，浓缩比 重可达13;液料在全密封中无泡沫浓缩，用本 设备浓缩出来的药液，具有无污染，药味浓的 特点，而且清洗方便(打开加热器的上盖即可 进行清洗)。本设备操作简单，占地面积小。 加热器、蒸发器采用不锈钢保温结构，保温层 外表采用不锈研花钢板，美观大方。本设备与 液料接触部位均采用优良不锈钢制造，符合 GMP标准。
