         薄膜与真空协同作用
         液态物料经高压泵输送至加热腔内,在真空环 境中(通常真空度-0.05~0.06MPa)  快速扩散并 与蒸汽热源(0.3MPa)间接接触。真空条件下, 水的沸点显著降低,实现低温蒸发脱水。

         低温蒸发与闭路循环

       通过控制蒸发温度(60℃~80℃),结合真 空闭路循环,减少氧气含量,阻止物料氧化反应,适用于易燃或含有机溶剂的物料。

        The synergisticeffect of thin film andvacuum
     The liquid material is transported to the heating chamber by a high-pressure pump,rapidly diffuses in a vacuum environment(usually with a vacuum degree of -0.05~0.06MPa),and indirectly contacts with a steam heat source (0.3MPa).Under vacuum conditions,the boiling point of water significantly decreases, achieving low-temperature evaporation dehydration.
        Low temperature evaporation and closed-loop circulation
