Pure electric low-temperature falling film energy-saving evaporator is an energy-saving concentration equipment that does not require steam, fully electric drive, vacuum low-temperature, falling film heat exchange, and heat pump heat recovery. 1、 Core principle
Falling film evaporation: The material liquid forms a uniform thin film (0.1-0.5mm) on the inner wall of the heating tube through a distributor, flowing downwards by gravity, with a large heat transfer area, fast rate, and short residence time.
Vacuum low temperature: Vacuum degree -0.07~-0.09MPa, boiling point drops to 30-65 ℃, avoiding high-temperature denaturation.
Pure electric heat pump cycle: Drawing inspiration from refrigeration heat pumps, electric energy drives compressors, and a closed refrigerant cycle recovers latent heat of secondary steam. It combines cold and heat, does not require steam, and has low energy consumption.
Fully automatic control: PLC+touch screen, temperature control ± 1 ℃, vacuum stability, concentration self-control, no need for dedicated personnel on duty.
