What are the characteristics of FXG series fermentation tanks

The FXG series fermentation tank is a standard mechanical stirring fermentation equipment, which focuses on hygiene, sterility, correct temperature control, efficient heat exchange, reliable sealing, and strong automation adaptation. It is widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, biology, food, and chemical engineering.
1、 Sanitary grade structure, compliant with GMP standards
All stainless steel material: The contact material part is made of 304/316 stainless steel, with internal and external mirror polishing, no dead corners, and no weld residue.
Aseptic assurance design: equipped with sterile respiratory system/positive pressure fermentation system to prevent contamination by miscellaneous bacteria; Quick opening manhole, sterile sampling port, CIP in place cleaning interface, fast cleaning and sterilization.
Fully enclosed seal: The flange and shaft seal use food grade seals, with no leakage or secondary pollution.
2、 Efficient heat exchange and temperature control
Graded heat exchange structure:
Small size (≤ 6m ³): integral jacket heating/cooling.
Large size (>6m ³): Vertical coil and jacket combination inside the tank, with a large heat exchange area and high efficiency.
In vitro temperature control technology: independent temperature control unit, fast temperature rise and fall, small temperature difference (± 0.5 ℃), more convenient sterilization, and more stable temperature.
External insulation layer: The jacket is filled with insulation material, which has low energy consumption and minimal heat loss.
3、 Optimize stirring and gas-liquid mixing
Internal circulation stirring system: Top mechanical stirring, equipped with dedicated stirring blades, disperses bubbles, enhances gas-liquid solid three-phase mixing, high dissolved oxygen efficiency, and uniform fermentation.
Wide speed range: mixing speed of 20-200 r/min, variable frequency speed regulation, suitable for different bacterial strains and processes.
Built in demister: effectively eliminate foam, prevent tank overflow and reduce the risk of bacteria contamination.
4、 Sealed, safe, reliable, and durable
Pressure safety design: The pressure resistance of the tank body and jacket is ≥ 0.6 MPa, equipped with safety valves, pressure monitoring, and automatic overpressure protection.
Sturdy body: overall welding+aging treatment, strong rigidity, anti vibration, long-term operation without deformation, low failure rate.
Aseptic positive pressure protection: Maintain a slight positive pressure inside the tank to prevent the invasion of external bacteria and ensure the purity of fermentation.
